The scope of this Project consists of Demolition, Sitework, Site Utilities, Asphalt, Earthwork, Fencing, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Site Furnishings, Athletic Equipment, Mechanical, & Electrical Work.
Note: All bidders are responsible for reviewing the entire set of plans, specifications, contract documents and addenda prior to submitting your bid. All submitted Bids must contain the words “As per Plans and Specifications”.
Performance bonds will be required for all trades over $50,000. Please confirm if you are bondable and if so provide your bond rate.
